The Mighty Ninth District Public Relations Retreat is an annual gathering dedicated to strengthening the Fraternity’s public image, elevating chapter communications, and advancing the visibility and impact of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. throughout the Ninth District.

Hosted by the Ninth District Public Relations leadership, the Retreat brings together chapter public relations representatives, communications professionals, and brothers committed to telling the story of Omega with excellence, consistency, and purpose across Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Through interactive workshops, collaborative discussions, and practical demonstrations, participants will explore innovative communication strategies, effective media relations, social media best practices, brand consistency, digital storytelling, and reputation management. Attendees will gain valuable insights into showcasing chapter achievements, promoting community service initiatives, highlighting member accomplishments, and communicating the Fraternity’s impact to members, prospective members, community partners, and the public.

The Retreat also provides an opportunity to share successful chapter initiatives, discuss emerging communication trends, and develop strategies for creating compelling content that reflects the values, traditions, and high standards of our beloved Fraternity.

Chapter public relations representatives are encouraged to participate and bring their experiences, ideas, and creativity to help advance a unified and impactful communications strategy throughout the District.
