The Ninth District is comprised of four states; Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. Since its humble beginnings at the Dallas, TX YMCA in 1922 after the Eleventh Annual Grand Conclave meeting in Philadelphia, PA provided the Grand Basileus with District Representiives to "expand Omega." The Ninth District continues to be on the front line, leveraging its power, influence to uplift its community and the world.
The Oracle is a scholarly publication containing literary work intended to be more insightful and thought-provoking than its forerunner. The Oracle features the aristocracy of Omega Psi Phi intellect. This magazine is published quarterly and is available on the Internet or by mail subscription.
