Access to the member functions of Ninth District website is restricted to fully financial Brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. who are actively affiliated with Chapters of the Ninth District of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

• Be Active and in good standing within a Ninth District Chapter for the current fiscal year, FY2023-24.
• Be fully financial at International, District, and Local levels.
• Be a first-time user and not previously been granted prior access.
• Provide all required information.
